With all of the uproar around the government shut down it’s hard to keep track of what is in fact shutdown and what is still open. With the FHA running on a skeleton staff you may run into some delays when dealing with paperwork but for the most part loans are still being processed through the sites that are typically used. Right now the housing market is still functioning with few delays but that could all be changing soon.
